For Turkish Black Tea, we recommend the traditional double teapot method. Brew black, herbal, and fruit teas with 100°C (212°F)water.

For green teas, let the water cool slightly and brew at 85°C (185°F)for the best flavor. Then steep for 3–5 minutes for all kinds of teas.

All our teas have a recommended best-before date on the packaging. This is not an expiration date. Our packaging is designed to preserve the tea for a long time. For black and green teas, the suggested shelf life is 3 years; for herbal teas, 2 years—provided they’re kept away from moisture, odor, and direct light.

Our teas are hand-picked in the fertile lands of the Eastern Black Sea region of Turkey, particularly from the high-altitude villages of Rize. We work directly with local farmers to source the highest quality leaves. 100% of Lazika’s production and operations take place in Ardeşen, Rize.
