How to Return an Item

1. Please start your return as soon as possible — requests must be received within 90 days to qualify for our Satisfaction Guarantee.

2. Write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip.

3. Place the slip inside the package and secure it well.

4. Ship it to the return address provided on your original shipping label.

5. If you no longer have the packing slip, include a note with:

   - Your name
   - Email address
   - Phone number
   - Reason for return (so we can better assist you)

Shipping Your Return
