Galatea is a quiet homage to Istanbul’s iconic Galata Tower—a timeless symbol of stories, meetings, and memories. Just like the tower, this tea stands tall with history, depth, and beauty.

Crafted from the May harvest, the first flush after winter, this tea is made with leaves grown in the high mountain villages of the Black Sea region. May tea is known for its rich aroma, balanced flavor, and a delicate touch of bitterness—a signature of high-grown Turkish tea.

We double-filter the tea to remove fine dust, resulting in a clear, smooth cup with every brew.

We’ve worked with heart and care. What remains is a tea filled with quiet beauty and goodness—now wrapped and ready for you.

Brewing Ritual

We believe that how you brew your tea is just as important as what you brew. Here’s how to make the most of your cup:

• Use 3 gr for a cup (approx. 330 ml).
• Always choose fresh, cold water—preferably water that hasn’t been previously boiled, so it’s rich in oxygen.
• Bring water to a full boil, then pour over the tea bag.
• Brew it  for 5 minutes. No more, no less—for a perfectly balanced, aromatic flavor.
• Take a deep breath, and enjoy your soothing cup of tea.

This tea is made from only high-quality black teas—no additives, no nonsense.

To keep it fresh and flavorful, store your tea in a cool, dark, dry place, away from air and moisture.
